We have guests.
On the 7th of October our base was visited by children from Vyazma social-rehabilitation center “The House of Mercy” after performance of systematic flights. We were sincerely happy to see them smile!
Our doors are always open for the excursions of schools and orphanage. You are welcome!
Children will have the opportunity to observe training flights, visit the group of flight organization, feel pilots in the cockpit of our stand aircraft – Mig-21, L-39, L-29 and An-24. We will show the film about the aerobatic team to the children and will introduce them to the pilots.
The children will see true gunship helicopters Mi-24 and Mi-8, belonging to our neighbors. It is a 440th helicopter regiment, based in the Vyazma airport. The pilots took place in the Chechen campaign, liquidated the consequences of the Chernobyl accident, affiliated to peacekeeping forces in Transdniestria in 1992-1993, took part in the operations in Africa with UN: Angola, Chad, Sudan, Sierra Leone.
And, of course, we won’t leave anyone without small souvenirs of Aerobatic team “Russ”.
