“This year was really a busy one for our aerobatic team. Firstly, we celebrated our 25-year anniversary. A quarter of the century passed – it is a serious date indeed, because despite all the difficulties Russ is still in the sky! Moreover, this year our jet planes have put on a new livery. A golden tracery (vyaz) on the black background is not only beautiful, but also symbolic. We are from Vyazma anyway! As regarding the amount of given performances, we did raise the bar! Our 25 performances compared to 14 ones in 2011 – it is not a joke!
We want to thank you very much for your warm words and smiles! On behalf of the whole aerobatic team Russ I wish you a clear and bright sky above your heads and, certainly, peace and harmony in families – the most important things! And we, in our turn, will continue to please you with aerobatic performances!”
Yes, year 2012 was not only symbolic, but very productive for us. In our 25-year anniversary we gave 25 performances in the biggest cities of Russia and abroad. Tallinn, Bolshoye Gryzlovo, Penza, Veliky Novgorod, Khotilovo, Novodvinsk, Severodvinsk, Arkhangelsk, Zhukovsky, Gagarin, Borodino, fests “NASHEstviye”, “Obshcheye Nebo’ and АВІАСВІТ-ХХІ - and with every coming year this list will be only expanding!
Separately, we are thanking the administrations of the cities, where the performances were held.
Thanks to them, we managed to organize complete air festivals and to give so much joy to people. We express our deep gratitude to our viewers, for sure, who shared smiles with us. There is no better reward for a pilot than impressive children faces, staring up in the sky:
