Vyazma City Day
On the 8th of June in Vyazma the City Day was celebrated.
This year our native city is 775 years old!
Vyazma is a city with rich and complicated history, one of the most ancient cities of Smolensk Region. It is a city that was some kind of shield for our capital and the country as a whole for many centuries. Its extant monuments are nationwide historical-cultural heritage comprising priceless scientific, historical-cultural and social potential.
Traditional activities were timed to the holiday: Vyazma spice cake holiday, crafts fair, performances of folk and professional bands. Jet team RUSS congratulated the citizens with a gorgeous air show.
We congratulate the citizens of the city upon the holiday and wish prosperity to Vyazma. Let our land never see any wars again!
