80th anniversary of the foundation of Central Design Bureau of Naval Aircraft Engineering
Ceremonial events devoted to the 80th anniversary of the foundation of CDBNE (Central Design Bureau of Naval Aircraft Engineering) were held in Taganrog on the 3d and 4th of October. The President of the United Aircraft Corporation M. A. Pogosyan, representatives of Rostov regional government and Taranrog Administration as well as the honoured guests participated in the ceremony. Formal opening of a plane-monument Бе-12 took place on the territory of the enterprise. The film telling about the history of CDBNE was shown in the assembly hall after the ceremony. Then the formal meeting of the staff was held. The concert of the State Academic Ensemble of Songs and Dances of Don Cossacks took place on Pushkin embankment on the 4th of October. After that the demonstration flights of the planes Бе-200 и Бе-103 designed by TASTC were performed. RUSS aerobatic team congratulated the staff of TASTC named after G. M. Beriyev by presenting them a colourful performance.
